In normal traffic the drive takes 50 to 65 minutes, and 60 to 75 for the western communities. Your chauffeur chooses between I-95 and Florida’s Turnpike based on live conditions.

Yes, that is most of what we do. Add your host or resident name to the booking notes and your chauffeur presents it at the gatehouse. Our drivers make these runs daily and know the entrance procedures at Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club, The Sanctuary, St Andrews, Woodfield, Boca Grove and the other guarded communities, so the gate is a pause, not a delay.

Gratuity is not automatically added. The quoted fare covers the complete service: vehicle, chauffeur, tolls, parking, waiting and meet and greet. If your chauffeur has earned it, a tip is appreciated and can be added in cash or when paying online, entirely at your discretion.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel more than 24 hours before pickup for a full refund, no questions and no fee. Inside 24 hours, contact dispatch and we will work with you; travel plans change and we would rather rebook you than bill you. No-shows after the included waiting time are charged the quoted fare.

Do you also serve Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach airports?
