The service

These terms govern transfers booked through miatoboca.com, operated by FG Twelve LLC, 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131, USA (“we”, “us”), part of the TwelveTransfers network. By booking, you accept these terms.

Quotes and fares

Fares are quoted before booking and fixed at confirmation. The quoted fare includes the vehicle and chauffeur, tolls, airport parking for the pickup, flight tracking, the arrivals meet and greet, and the stated free waiting time. Gratuity is not included and remains at your discretion. Additional stops, route changes or waiting beyond the included allowance may incur charges, which we will communicate before applying whenever practical.

Pickups and waiting time

Airport pickups include 30 minutes of free waiting after actual landing for domestic flights and 60 minutes for international flights. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes. We track flight numbers provided at booking and adjust pickup times for delays at no charge. If you cannot locate your chauffeur, call dispatch before leaving the airport; a no-show after the included waiting time and reasonable contact attempts is charged the full fare.

Cancellations and changes

Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund. For cancellations within 24 hours, contact dispatch; we will attempt to rebook or resolve fairly, but the fare may be charged. Changes to time, address or vehicle class are free when we can accommodate them, and we usually can.

Passenger responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate flight and address details, for the conduct of your party, and for compliance with vehicle safety rules. Child seats are provided on request and must be requested at booking. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Damage beyond normal wear caused by a passenger may be charged at cost.

Gated communities

Where you ask us to coordinate entry with a gatehouse or residents’ desk, we act on the information you provide. Entry decisions belong to the community; if access is refused, we will wait, contact you and complete the drop-off as close to the destination as permitted.

Liability

We operate with licensed, insured chauffeurs and commercially insured vehicles. Our liability for any claim arising from a transfer is limited to the amount paid for that transfer, except where law provides otherwise. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather, road closures and airport operations, though we will always mitigate where possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes are subject to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
